Room Bookings

We have different spaces that may be available for hire. Some of these spaces may be available at an hourly or daily rate. Information about the rooms we have and how you can make bookings can be found below. If you regularly book rooms, you can book a room here, using a booking form.

Café Connect and the Community Garden are found on the ground floor. On the first floor of the building, there is a hot-desking space and a meeting room. In addition, up on the second floor, are two offices - shared between Bristol Reconnect and some partner projects (there is desk space currently available). You can find more information about these spaces below.

If you regularly book spaces with us, you may be able to book in advance, using the booking form. Otherwise use the Room Booking Inquiry Form, below, to find out more.

Meeting Room

The meeting room seats 10-20 people comfortably, depending on how it is set up. You can have a meeting table, chairs, use of a projector, flipchart etc. Tea and coffee making facilities (with an honesty pot to cover costs) are available. Also, at times Café Connect is open, you can get 20% off food & drinks in the café.

The basic hourly charge for use is £20. Bulk bookings are cheaper. However, there are usually extra charges for use outside office hours.

The hot-desking space

The hot-desking space is a quieter space to work in than Café Connect. It also provides more office facilities, for example, access to a photocopier and printer.

The basic daily charge for use is £10 (for part or whole day between 9.30 and 5.30). Reduced rates are available for regular use and other bulk bookings. There is usually space, but, if you regularly book spaces with us, you may be able to book in advance, using the booking form.

The whole hot-desking space is usually only available during the evenings or at the weekend.

Desk space in an office

We have two offices on the second floor. Sometimes the regular use of a desk space, for one or more days a week may be available.

Café Connect & the Community Garden

Café Connect & the Community Garden are sometimes available for events, especially weekday evenings. Costs depend on when you need the space(s) and for how long. Also, the arrangements that are needed for the supply of food and drink impact on costs. Do you need us to supply kitchen & front of house staff? Hire can include the use of the kitchen. There is an accessible toilet. A ramp is available for the small step into the main entrance, or there is level access, suitable for wheelchairs through the garden.
